1. Navigate to our support portal: https://identityone.freshdesk.com/
2. Click the "Sign Up" button.
3. Enter your name and email address.
4. Click Register.
5. Email support (support@identityone.net) with a request to activate your account.
6. You will receive an email response with confirmation of the activation.
7. You can now access the solutions and downloads on our support portal.
